How much is shipping and handling?

There are no handling charges. Shipping for patterns only is free. Shipping for paint is whatever the actual cost is using First Class mail. I will email you the amount to add to your check.

Is there anything else I need besides the pattern and paint?

Thorough instructions are included with patterns. You will need toothpicks. The instructions include some finishing ideas such as how to mount in dollhouse windows or frames. Some of the patterns are sized to mirrors and if you need a mirror, just email me. They are various sizes and most cost less than $1.00.
